I offer one-to-one Counselling & Psychotherapy and am based in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin. Sessions generally take place in-person although online sessions may also be possible.

Although sometimes clients are referred directly by their GP, you do not need to be referred to attend counselling / psychotherapy sessions.
I work with individuals aged 18 years and over.
The initial session session is a chance for us to meet each other and explore whether therapy may be helpful for you and we feel we could work well together.
Each session is 50 minutes.
